This year’s theme is The Science of Sport & Art: What it Means to be a Warrior. The camp will feature collaboration with various faculties within the University of Calgary, giving participants the chance to explore diverse STEM career possibilities and see how science connects to sport, health, and the world around us.

The week will include many opportunities for hands-on learning, on-the-land learning, traditional teachings, cultural workshops, and more! Throughout the week, participants will discover that being a warrior is not limited to one role but is reflected in how we carry ourselves – with strength, resilience, and purpose in any field we choose.

Through sport, art, and STEM, youth will explore connections to movement, performance, and the human body, while expressing their learning through storytelling and cultural practices. The camp will take place at the University of Calgary for the week of July 27th–July 31st. This camp is for youth ages 12-17. Overnight accommodations and food are provided free of charge for the youth attending thanks to the generosity of our sponsors and partners. Please email camps@indigesteam.ca if you have any additional questions or need to cancel your registration.
